I started reading the new Ghost Rider series and !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! Ghost Rider now drives a black '68 Charger that also happens to be haunted (as if black Chargers weren't evil eough). I really like this new series, even though it's only three issues so far but there are still three more issues slated to come out this year. This is also a different Ghost Rider in the sense that the person who becomes Ghost Rider is a new character altogether. Robbie Reyes is a high school student/part time mechanic who is also charged with caring for his younger handicapped brother. The two live in a rough neighborhood in East L.A.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

I really like how this Ghost Rider comes off as a spirit of vengeance and not the result of some Faustian pact. If you like comics I really think you should check this out.

If you wait, they'll probably release a "New Ghost Rider" Vol.1 compilation once the final three issues come out this year so you have time to prime your wallet for expenditures.

True. I've never been big on trades unless it is a complete collection, but I'd be surprised if this series last more than 20 or so issues. Sadly a GR series never stick around for long.

Hopefully it sticks around so they can really flesh it out because it has potential.

I've always preferred the collections over the individual issues as I like to read through the stories in a continuos fashion rather than wait for each individual issue, although in this case I deviated from my standard pattern lol.
